Thoughts are the uncontrollable phenomena of a person’s life even if one thinks not to ponder about the situation or event that is causing anxiety to him/her the person has no control over it and end up doing what he doesn’t want to. One of the same situations even everyone face when they give thought to start gym and the thoughts which comes in our mind while gyming should be motivational but environment makes its competitional.
That they prefer or like performing physical activities as dance,yoga and sports that they are used to do all at some point or the other but since the time they leave every physical exercise they used to it all changes and they can’t dedicate their whole time on sports and dance and choose the right path according to the time and that is gym.
Taking a step forward and giving gym a try to maintain health as to gain the same physique is a very normal but the thoughts that comes to mind after deciding to go for it or while doing it are uncontrollable.
On first day of gym these thoughts generally start hitting people.
1. Fear of expectations :
What if the trainer asks me to do certain step and I won’t be able to do but what you forget is that no one came to this world well prepared for everything that had to come their way so eventually everyone learns how to cope up and so will you or even if you don’t then a good trainer will help you find the alternative for the same.
2. Fear of thinking of others :
What others going to think of me when I hit the gym is the problem of people who have body image issues about themselves and it is very normal to worry about what people will think but what one has to take care of is himself and others aren’t going to worry about you and even if they laugh or make fun of you cause you are too thin or too fat then let them cause the reason you are standing at that place is to shut their mouth once and for all.
3. Fear of Competitors with whom you should not:
When you’ll hit the gym you will find there strugglers like you and some experts whom you’ll look up to and there are two things which can happen In this case: you can either get yourself depressed thinking that you won’t be able to reach to the place the other person is standing at or you can make him your target and start working to get to his place.
Our advice to all will be getting to know the expert by talking to him and knowing how he actually started his journey and they will surely help because he was too standing at your place.
4. What if while performing I injured myself?
This is something any living being will care about before doing any physical activity and to take care of this you must know your strength and weakness and find the right person to rely on and you’ll be ready to pass any hurdle in your way with flying colors.
These are some of the common thought that attacks an individual’s thought pattern.
Even after knowing what going on one is incapable of correcting it. It’s the same feeling as being handicap while even having a proper functioning of one’s body.
