The most basic and important requirement of any living being is his food and we have different sources to get our tummies filled but we share a common concern and that is to keep ourselves healthy. But its a fact that healthy breakfast is must to run a day in a healthy manner with fashion.

To understand the relation between fashion and health we need to first understand them individually and then it will be basic common sense to see the relation in them.

Starting with fashion, It can be defined as a way or manner of doing something or the most famous style of your hair and clothes which keeps you trendy. Whereas the most important aspect of our Life. Our Health can be described in few words, as it is just the sense of wellness we have about our self.

The basic definition for health provided by World Health Organization (WHO), goes like this “State of complete physical, mental, and social well being, and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.” So a healthy person is not just a person from diseases but someone who is free from stress issues and fit to do any kind of work he wants to do.

As everyone knows that our health and fashion is something in our own hands and you have to choose your own way towards both of them. And we are going to share with our something that is obvious as well as highly profitable towards both these things.

Healthy breakfast – It is written in the holy book s as well that breakfast is the most important diet for our whole day and that we should have a heavy breakfast that last quite a while in us and give us energy to work and the right time to do so is dawn.

So some of the important tips one must always take note of for breakfast are the best healthy breakfast it must be prepared by you and at home.

And we should believe on this facts that these breakfast are default to be best which are as follows: 

1. Milk

It should be included in every breakfast of yours as it provides our body with the essential nutrients like calcium and protein, which helps to guard and make our bones strong.

2. Green Eggs

For Non vegans there are lot of options available which are filled with essential nutrients for making it healthy and one of them is the combination of green eggs and Ham’Wiches. They might sound fancy but are as easy on pocket.

3. Oat

It is a surprising fact that like Independence day and Republic day a specific date that is October 29 is named as the Oat Meal day because of it’s health related benefits. Some people take it as their regular breakfast and help to lower down the cholesterol level and also helps to maintain oil on the skin.

4. Spinach muffins

It can be a new and healthy option for everyone Dark leafy greens like spinach are important for skin and hair, bone health, and provide protein.

5. Poha

Avoid oily things and try eggs or the most common and healthy breakfast “Poha”.

 

Remember the more healthy you’ll eat , More healthy will be your skin and the better you’ll look. So keep yourself healthy and look great.
