Here we are going to discuss things the groom and bride should eat for the glowing face because in our country a fat Indian wedding is full of unhealthy and oily food which will pull your face down to the worst hence first of all we would like to suggest going for lite food stuff rather than fancy dishes.

This is the time you are going to occupied with yourself the most and adding up to this will be regular parties which can make you gain some weight which is like the last thing you will wish for but if you’ll go by the path we show you this problem is something you never will encounter.

1. Give the good head start:

Starting your day with green tea, lemonade or shikanji as we like to call it will be a head start for the day and to put your hunger to silence by raw fruits or home made dishes are the best option in making your face glow.

2. Don’t Skip your meals:

Even if you want to burn some calories we would like to say that avoiding food is not the right way to do so and it is necessary for you to eat at least 3 main meals.

3. Water water everywhere:

Keep the juices of your body flowing through out and drink water and regular intervals because dehydration can not just make you feel weak it can also be the cause for your dull skin. Eating up fruits like watermelon and citrus are clear solutions to the problem.

4. Don’t forget the Protein Filled Lunch:

One problem that even a friend of mine faced during his wedding was that he just forgot to have his lunch, which almost made him faint over the stage. As at the wedding time so many things will be going on simultaneously that you may not even get chance to eat so go for light and protein filled lunch and there will be nothing better to have a bridesmaid or grooms maid for the same.

5. Prepare yourself for the special Night by these things:

The biggest difference one will mention between a bachelors life and a married men life is the introduction of sex and even in our culture the wedding night sex has been termed as very special and the things you eat are going to affect you there too. For the best of your performance for the special night you may eat up almonds, sweet potatoes and watermelon.
