Most of the people look for waking up late as it is their holiday and they think that they are giving proper rest to their body but this is not true. 8 hours of sleep is good enough for our body and sleep more than that just makes us more lazy for the rest of the day so give body adequate rest and keep moving and perform exercises on your holidays too.
