Definition of anything in this world is very subjective as it might differ from person to person in definition. A glass might be half filled for someone but fifty percent empty of another and so is the definition of the word “Yoga”. Yoga has anything and everything to deal with your mind and keeping you happy from inside as specific parts of yoga like breathing exercises and meditation has nothing to do you with your physical development but with your true self and provides and fill you with a certain kind of positive energy or vibes so you can deal with the stress which follows you up in your life.
