What is your favorite time of your day? Mine is when I’m tired like hell and what I want is just to see myself lying comfortable on my bed and sleep like a baby and this is something every living creature wants and is a necessity too but what we don’t look upon is the very fact of the wonders which can happen while we are asleep. Yes you got me right and when I say wonders I mean wonders for our own good can happen if you follow these habits before bedtime in a right way.

1. Wash your Face

There is no wrong time for washing your face and feel fresh but we advice everyone to wash his or her face before going to bed and remove this myth from their mind that washing their face will delay their sleep. Wash your face with mild cold water and feel the difference. The dirt or dust particles, which are there on your face, get washed away with the wash and then you can enjoy the best of your sleep.

2. Using Soft Pillow Cover

Using a pillow-cover made of silk or satin is handy and quite fruitful for a beauty sleep as it is one of the most soft clothe prevailing it does not interfere harshly with your hair so prevents your hair from getting tangled and even from breakage at times and the name silk defines itself for it’s silkiness the cloth just glides over face due to almost negligible friction it’s texture just palliates wrinkles and fine lines.

3. Sleeping Posture Should be correct

It might sound very fancy but the body posture one follows also have quite a role to play in a good beauty sleep. If you sleep in a side wise posture it can be easily observed that more fine lines emerge on that particular side as compared to the other side.

4. Moisturizer – Repairs your skin

Moisturize is the name of the game which follow scientific reason behind it as well. It is clearly said by the doctors that Beauty products can work well for everyone during their “Repair cycle of skin” so never forget applying your nightly beauty cream before going to sleep.

5. Remove your Existing Makeup

Removing the existing make up from your face is one of the most important things one should remember before going to bed. No matter how sleepy or tired you are this thing is must to be followed. As discussed before that night time is the time of repair cycle of skin and it this time pores of different layers of our skin are unbarred but if there exist any kind of makeup over your face then the pores get obstructed and may lead to spots and acne.

6. Brush your teeth

Since childhood our teacher teaches us to brush twice a day and once before going to the bed and this has a role to play in a beauty sleep as well.
As brushing your teeth at night will get rid of any kind of germs or cavities from your mouth leading to a perfect smile.

7. Apply Toner

And the last thing to remember is applying the toner over your face as it acts like a buffer solution for our face by maintaining the pH level of our face so protecting our face from harmful bacteria’s and microorganisms.
