Everybody wants to be rich these days and it’s pretty obvious that more of luxury and everything good is what they are looking for but the thing that I’m going to talk about is the real sense rich and that is just not bounded by the thought of wealth but by the how healthy you are because health in every true sense is the synonym for happiness and it is something that only wealth can not get you so its really important to accept this healthy daily routine, it might make your journey easy to the way towards being healthy but in the end it is you who have to be conscious about your own health.

Yes, you read it right. This world can be seen as the market for diseases and things that will lead to pull your health down and are obviously more tempting than things that won’t so we are up here to set you daily routine which will help you to get a healthy life and keep your Mind, Soul and body together.

1. Wake up Early

The hardest thing to put in our daily routine is to wake up the morning and everyone, irrespective of his or her age faces this problem but you have to make this choice because it’s advantages is not something that someone else need not explain it to you. Wake up early and see the differences like:

  • Enjoying the peaceful air and some lone time.
  • Waking up early benefits the nature of sleep as well
  • Proper time for yoga and other exercises
  • Improves your productivity for the day.

2. Drinking water

Drink 2 glasses of water or lemonade to improve metabolism.

3. Take Proper Bath

The next thing to be done after waking up and should be done everyday, the major reason being our body has to face many harmful toxins that are present in the environment and may be in the products you might be using for yourself so a bath is important and rejuvenate the skin with water.

4. Use Branded Shampoo to keep hair healthy

Keeping the hair healthy is also important for a positive mind set towards the day so you need to wash your hair 10 times a month keeping in mind your hair type and lifestyle choices and invest in good shampoo.
Remember you must massage with shampoo only your scalp, not the roots.

5. Wash your Face with mild hot water

Before going out it is necessary that you must wash your face. Know your skin type and choose a branded face wash accordingly. Wash your face with mild hot water and pat your face dry.

6. Physical Workout 

Physical working out, Doing exercises and Yoga is the most important thing one has to do to keep himself healthy. Proper and regular exercise helps to control weight, being active boosts high-density lipoprotein (HDL), or “good,” cholesterol and decreases unhealthy triglycerides.

7. Eat Clean, stay healthy

Food is something no one can live without and what we eat determines what and how we are so having a proper diet and know what to eat according to your goals is must so what we would like to advice you is eat clean and stay healthy. Go for things having ample amount of proteins as it is which helps in muscle growth.

8. Sound sleep repairs your muscles

After working for the whole day what your body needs is nothing but proper amount of rest and sleep. Proper amount of sleep is what helps in healing and repairing your muscles. Deficiency of sleep not just risk your health but your life as well as it is seen that it increases risk of heart disease, kidney disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, and stroke
