When I was a kid I used to wait for new year’s eve not because of the fireworks or the late night parties or the holiday it will be bringing with itself but for the tradition it carries with it all around the world and that is the new year’s resolution and to me it only meant one thing for me and that is to bring the change in myself and for myself and the thing which everyone will agree to is that the things which thing which make your lifestyle healthy and does not amend themselves with time become boring at last.
Changes are a very vital part of everybody’s life cause change is the cause, which makes you to get out of your comfort zone and do things, which you yourself never thought can do or will do. Changes can also help to improve your mindset, values and thinking and make you more competitive and hence making you better and better but let me assure you changing should not be mistaken for changing everyday and everything cause over changing yourself is like loosing your own identity for a fictional character you want to be.
As said, everything requisite changes and so does your lifestyle and we are going to tell you some changes which make your lifestyle healthy and everyone should make to take a step towards a better lifestyle:

The majority of people ignore the things, which they should consume in abundance and specially this problem belongs to the teenagers and that important thing is water. When it comes to skin more water helps to drain down the toxins that are present in your body and lead to choking your skin pores and hence reducing pimples and over that it is believed that insufficient consumption of water can lead to dehydration and making your body functioning improper so driving water revives you from fatigue.
2. Exercise should be a part of your life
Every living being have to keep himself in proper shape to look good and that is something which can not be achieved just by sitting at a couch with popcorns in your hand and that is what gets exercise into play and the thing which is very obvious are it’s benefits of keeping body away from diseases, controlling weight or even improving strength so there should be no looking back from exercising daily.
